Finding Category ID in wordpress
I was doing some changes on my theme the other day. Somehow it requires category ID which is no where to be found. I did some trial and error putting various numbers in the column, and it still did not work. Finally after some googling I managed to find a simple trick.
First go to post >> categories
Next just click “edit” on any of the category that we are interested in. Our browser will display a complete url along with the category ID. Never realize it will be that simple.
